We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to start a return
Email support@poptopdrop.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the next steps. Please don't send items back before contacting us.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover the cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (or your claim is approved), we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Order changes & cancellations
Orders can be changed or cancelled before they enter fulfillment. Because orders are sent to our supplier network quickly, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Non-returnable items
For health and hygiene reasons, certain items (such as personal-care and intimate products) can't be returned once opened, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
